Measured Building and Land Survey

Clients & Projects

We work with a variety of professionals: Architects and Architectural Technologists, Property Developers, Construction / Buildings Project Managers, Civil and Structural engineers, Property Services (eg: professional disaster recovery and building repair), Design Consultants and other surveyors.

If you are a private client you will most likely need a Measured Survey / Land Survey if you are building a new house, renovating a house or building an addition. Your architect has probably pointed you in our direction. Before your Architect can develop plans or process paperwork for planning, a detailed survey of your current property and the land surrounding it needs to be measured in detailed and 'drawn'. This provides a firm starting point for future plans. Accuracy at this stage is vital.

Our experience in these areas means that we can undertake a variety of projects:

  • Listed buildings
  • Barns
  • Historic buildings
  • New housing schemes
  • Regeneration of 'brown field' sites
  • Town houses
  • Warehouses
  • Hospitals, schools and other public buildings
  • Land registry planning

The list can go on...
